NATAL’s free-phone Hot Line is the only one of its kind in Israel offering immediate and ongoing psychological assistance to victims of terror and war.  Using a unique therapy model, trained volunteers maintain long term personal contact with clients, allowing for personal and successful therapy. During times of heightened security in Israel, the Hot Line number is widely publicized through TV, radio, online and print media.  Callers are from many different spectrums of society:  young and old, male and female, new immigrants and native Israelis, religious and secular, rich and poor, soldiers and civilians, North and South. This service is available in many languages.
